"Green peppers with cod roe and mayonnaise"

Today's dish is green peppers dressed with cod roe and mayonnaise sauce. It's very simple. Yet the green and pink colors are so pretty that you can't help touching it.

Parboil thinly chopped green peppers, and let them cool.

Break up the cod roes (edible raw) into pieces, and add a bit of soy sauce, ajinomoto (synthetic seasoning), and mayonnaise. Dress the thin strips of green peppers with this sauce.

The cod roe and mayonnaise sauce makes the crispy green peppers even more tasty, and it matches well with alcohol as well as with rice.

As I tried making it
The simpler you try to eat the green peppers, the more you notice the reek of them, and some people even hate that grassy smelling. So, I tried using cod roes pickled in mustard instead of the raw ones. The strong feature of them would destroy the smell. Well, itŐs just like the saying, fight one evil with another, you know.
